Twisted tape is an inexpensive option to increase tube side thermal coefficient for an overall increase in performance.

This particular insert provides benefit due to its induction of swirl flow.

Wire-wrapped core tube inserts are a rigid insert design featuring a core with wire wrapped at specific twist pitch.

This particular insert provides benefit due to its fluid displacement, ultimately increasing the tube-side velocity.

The LOK-BAFFLE™ Tube Supports act primarily to support the tubes and direct the fluid in a longitudinal path, rather than the cross-flow of conventional baffles.

Used for high shell-side flow rates, low-allowable pressure drops, or when the shell-side coefficient does not limit the overall heat transfer rate.
